Without a heartbeat, there is no life. And without life, there is no music. Born from the unpredictable rhythm of a racing heart, Heartracer is an alternative rock and synth-pop project built around one simple idea. Music should make you feel something. Formed by Chris Cosby, whose tachycardia diagnosis inspired the band’s name, Heartracer transforms the irregularities of the human heart into something bigger, brighter, and undeniably alive. Now, after two years of writing and recording in their home studio, the trio has conceived of their boldest material yet. Their third studio album.

Nighttime Fever, carries the trio's signature sound into a new era with the same heart-on-sleeve songwriting, and larger-than-life sound but this time with their first foray into a darker, grittier and ultimately more macabre territory.

In a world of automation, and AI, a heartbeat is more than a sign of being alive. It’s a rhythm, a signal, a reminder that we’re here to feel alive.
